Solar powered MP3 player from MSI

MSI Taiwan has developed a solar cell equipped MP3 player. The concept MP3 player uses a solar cell module to charge the onboard Lithium Ion battery and provide supplementary power to extend battery life. Relying solely on solar cells to charge the MP3 player would take two days under ordinary outdoor light and a fully charged battery allows ten hours of playback. With advancements in technology the charging time will be reduced considerably.
