Available in March a new line-up of in-car sound system includes an all-in-one SAT NAV device that does a little navigatin’ while holding down your multimedia demands. The AVIC-D3BT[shown on the right] is a double-DIN unit that boasts a 6.1-inch touchscreen display, Bluetooth for handsfree calling, and a slick “iBus” iPod interface that actually gives users an on-screen scroll wheel to mimic the control scheme Pod users know so well. The ear phone which has power supply unit between the head phone terminal and the ear phone has organic EL light in the cable it uses. The light adjusts to playback providing a blinking effect. Single 4 electric battery 2 are utilized in lighting up of the light/write/blinking. Cable length is 95cm and ear phone diameter is 12mm
Sanyo has launched it's ICR-RB76M Dictaphone in Japan for 20,000 Yen [$165], although a more humble one in terms of specifications: 256MB of internal memory, MP3 recording, and an FM/AM tuner. It has 19 hours of battery life with 2 AAA batteries. Compatible with OS Windows Me/2000/XP/Vista it supports MP3/WMA but not DRM audio formats with voice recording capacity of 256MB. It records sound in 4 modes: XHQ/HQ/SP/LP with sound recording time of approximately 4 hour 20 minutes for XHQ and approximately 35 hour 20 minutes for LP. The external size is 109×42×19mm (vertical × side × thickness). The built-in microphone is monaural, but using a tie-pin microphone attachment is used, stereophonic recording is possible.

Life Fitness, a division of Brunswick Corp., plans to offer seamless integration with Apple Inc.'s iPod players in upcoming products. The new fitness machines, equipped with liquid-crystal display touchscreens, will allow users to plug in iPods and headphones and peruse their song libraries or watch their videos on the console as they would on the portable player itself. This will recharge the gadget's battery at the same time. Life Fitness said it would make the first product available at the end of March. Your workout at the gym isn't going to be any less painful. But the world's leading commercial provider of exercise equipment might at least help make the session on a stair-climber or treadmill more entertaining.
