klm.jpgOne more “Made in China”, Mp3 player which may never make it to the stores. It looks as a cute KLM plane model that works as an Mp3 player. Connectivity is via USB 2.0 and is capable of playing MP3, WMA and AAC files. Not much knowledge about the memory of the player but it may be around 512MB max. ot gets its power by a AAA battery and can also used as a USB disk. This player will surely be a hit among kids if it ever hits the stores. Thanks to Shanghai Shininess Industrial Co. Ltd. for manufacturing this KLM Plane shaped Mp3 player.

The world's first hands-free and eyes-free e-mail solution for use inside of a car. The best part is that it interacts with Bluetooth devices and reads aloud, you can also get summaries of email messages. The iLane can be set up to read entire e-mails. It supports all the usual western European languages such as French and Spanish. And that’s not all, it can also be configured to use a male or female voice. In addition to managing your e-mail, the iLane can also manage other things like calendar appointments and SMS (text) messages. Well at present the iLane hasn't made a full swing production, hence no word on availability and price of the product. However the cool gadget is pretty useful when it comes to reading urgent mails while driving.

LG launches UP3 Flat and UP3 Sharp

The Korean giant has just another added two members into its UP3 series. They are UP3 Flat and UP3 Sharp accordingly. LG UP3 Flat is a screen-less MP3 player but just LED indicators. It can playback MP3, WMA (DRM supported), OGG, and ASF audio. The built-in battery is impressive giving you 10 hours of playback continuously. The dimension of UP3 Flat is 78 x 24 x 9.5mm.

The iH31 priced at $130, is a boom box style unit featuring a built-in iPod dock, FM radio, Aux/MP3 line-in jack, and remote control. It runs on batteries, AC outlet or car adaptor. The system is available in two colors, silver or white. The iH19 in the picture alongside is a water-resistant speaker case for iPods and other MP3 players. The zippered case features two stereo speakers, space for storing an iPod, and offers the ability to listen through headphones or the speakers. The iH19B also offers remote control capability

Sony will help drivers to have the benefit of safe hands-free conversations and crystal clear, streaming music on the road. The MEX-BT5000 is a hands free kit for any Bluetooth phone, that allows you to access up to 50 of your contacts and six of your speed dial entries through its "high resolution" screen and integrated noise-reducing microphone. As it also supports multiple codecs such as MP3, WMA and ATRAC along with audio CD’s, so you can enjoy music with high-fidelity audio throughout your ride, surf the menu option with its wireless remote. Well all these features aren’t new, however this units assures clear and crisp sound. With a price tag of $400 it’s still not the cheapest.

Microsoft Zune the iPod killer unleashes in October

Rumours of its iPod killer the Zune are all over the web since the past few weeks with some saying that Microsoft will officially unveil its so called iPod killer late next month. Microsoft's moves to counter the success of the iPod have also resulted in several code-names, including Argo, Pyxis, Zune, and Alexandria. So what do these code-names actually mean to start with, the entire "We want a share in Apple's pie" initiative is called Project Argo. The Zune is beleived to be an iPod like device you can think of the iPod video with wireless capabilities.

Sony unveils CPF-IX001 wireless streaming music system

There are plenty of ways to stream music from your PC to other locations in the house, and now Sony has added yet another solution to this lengthy list. Their very new 2.1 channel CPF-IX001 wireless streaming music system. It’s a compact piece of equipment that uses your existing 802.11b/g setup to pull tunes from iTunes, Windows Media Player, Sony Connect, or other applications, and creates a unique IP address so multiple units can operate simultaneously over the same network. Thanks to Sony’s power line transmission technology that allows the main component to send both juice and audio signals to its subwoofer over a single cable, so no messy wires around. This becomes very handy if you are constantly moving the system.

The iPod has to be attached through the dock connector in order to use the external battery. Thanks to the silicon case cover as it protects the iPod from minor shocks and dust. When using a standard battery of iPod with 60GB HDD capacity it will work continuously while playing video for approximately 3 hours. While DC-PC5GBT in combination with the standard battery it will approximately work for 11 hours.
